I have been enjoying this app for months. But now my favorite local station won't connect. What's going on with 96.3whur??? For the last five days I haven't been able to tune in to them. I have no real use for it if I can't listen to what I like. Would give it 4 stars if that was working. I'm back. Updated my review from 2 to 4 stars. I don't know what you did but, Thanks for bringing WHUR back! UPDATE-- 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 no complaints

love this app for years but for some reason the last week and a half I can't go to station to play for longer than 2 minutes before shuts off by itself pauses or stops whatever it's doing. but I have to constantly go back into the app and turn it back on can I have a Galaxy S8 one UI software so I don't know what's going on with this but doesn't keep play I thought I need to be updated but there isn't an update

Awesome, back to normal, everything is working great!!!!! the following problem has been solved! For some reason since my phone got the latest upgrade the app doesn't want to run on the background, I went into the settings and everything is the way it should. please fix, I use this app at least 8 hours each day and I'm getting frustrated. I have to use Iheartradio and i don't like it...

Great for local stations, but can't listen to any play by play sports without a subscription. Has been crashing much more frequently the last few months. Also takes up 30% of my battery, even though I may only use it for an hour somedays. Killed battery by continuing to run in the back ground. The battery consumption is just too great for me to continue to use.

Ok but fails to remember the chosen stream quality setting for favourite stations. This means that each time a steam is opened the 'choose stream' option has to be selected again and adjusted accordingly which is an extra and potentially unnecessary step. I use the opttical out of Chromecast into a decent amp and streaming quality is important to me.

Why do you have to keep app (window open) to listen? In the past, I listened with app running in the background. This is negative game changer... Unless it changes I will delete this app that I have used for several years now.

I like the app but it takes to long to buffer even when connected to high speed wifi. Not always reliable when connected to wifi. Freezez up when diconnecting from the bluetooth in my car when I get out of my car. Usually have to restart my phone to close the app. Now it will npt let you cloze the stream and auto starts up every time it connects to bluetooth.

I'm loving the baseball streams and replays. This is the only RELIABLE way to hear them, thank you. The design of the podcast section is a little puzzling, though. Is there really no way to see all downloaded episodes in one place?

I love being able to listen to radio stations and podcasts at anytime mostly while I'm driving. And while i can't find everything, there is a good selection. I mostly listen to non commercial stations and I was especially happy when I first saw the Tunein bus advertisements using WWOZ, which happens to be my favorite music station

The creators of this app violate the privacy of the users. The app is asking for the permission to read location on the start. You decline it. After that, when you try to browse radio stations it asks again with only one choice 'OK'. There is no choice to ignore or cancel and the back button is blocked!!! How this app passed Google certification!? It's not OK to use such tricks.

Not able to rewind/skip playback when listening to downloaded (i.e. not live) radio shows on Pixel 2 using Android version 9. If I pause then restart playback or try to move to a different position on the playback slider, it goes right back to the beginning. Bit annoying when listening to something that's over 2 hours long. Essentially makes the app unusable to me other than for live radio.

using android version 5.0.2, Tune In goes off when i clear recent opened apps, instead of playing in the background just like any other audio playing app. Also, an addition like 'skip' would be great. to serve as an easy navigation to the next favourite channel.

Very poor app every time I use this App in my car it makes the screen go blank and i have to shut everything down. This doesnt happen with any other Android Auto app

Was a very nice app until they discovered they can shove ads down your throat and extort money from you to stop the ads. Typical corporate American greedy pigs now. I wish they knew that the ads they sell and air have the exact opposite effect than their intention. I refuse to support ANY of their advertisers, especially that Flo broad from progressive insurance and that stupid idiot that's selling bedsheets.

Don't understand why I don't get local FM sports channels for free. I'm sure it has something to do contractually with the respective leagues, but to me it sounds like a money grab. Four stars just for that, but otherwise great. Get all the rest of my local FM channels free of subscription.

I love TuneIn for local AM and radio personality podcasts. Mark Levin is my favorite. Occasionally, TuneIn has a problem with streaming Mark Levin. I get an error saying 'a stream connection error occurred.' It appears to be only with Mark Levin. I have on more than one occasion, uninstall and then reinstall TuneIn. Playing this Mickey Mouse game of trying to listen to TuneIn on my phone it's getting tiring. Please fix this problem or tell me how to fix this on my end. Thank you.

Really good app 4* I use it with my Google home and for the most part it works great. I will give 5* when some of the bugs have been resolved. podcast always mess up when paused! it annoys me a little. other wise this is a great app and would recommend this to every one.

I have used the TuneIn app for years with very few issues. However, since the last update, it cuts out continually. This doesn't appear to be a buffering issue, the only way to get it to play again is to hit the play button. More recently, i.e the last day or two it cuts out after one minute or so. This cutting out coincides with the streaming of an advertisement for a well known burger chain. The advert in question continues to play on a loop until it is closed manually. Please this issue.

Hi! The app is awesome but it gets a sh!ty ads banners with automatic payed subscription. I've got it a several times while while I was on mobile network. It never happens with WiFi connection obviously The ad banner appears for a second and subscription confirmation SMS comes immediately after that. The subscription comes from service named Tuboteka or tuboteka(dot)com (Russian: Туботека) и Kinomir (Russian: Киномир) If you are able to ban these ads, please do it It is a well-known service with spam/unwanted payed subscriptions.

I'm be a member since this was Radio Time. If before was more than good, now is GREAT!! I love this App. I am very mad and disappointed every time I use this app my phone get HOT like he'll!! So, because of that I'll delete it from my phone. This is the only app that's over heating my phone. SORRY!!
